Job Fair at St. Xavier College Jalukie
On 25th July, 2024, Career Placement Cell of the college conducted a Job Fair College Auditorium from 10:40 AM onwards. It aimed to provide students and alumni with the opportunity to connect with potential employers, gain insights into various career paths, and receive professional guidance to enhance their employability. The event aimed to bridge the gap between education and employment by facilitating direct interaction between job seekers and recruiters from esteemed companies.
Sir Vikash was the resource person. His insightful session provided valuable guidance on career planning, resume building, and interview preparation. Following the counseling session, participants had the opportunity to interact with recruiters from various companies.
8 Alumni of the college and 6 youngsters of the locality participated actively. Companies – Teleperformance (Gurgaon and Jaipur), Sagility Healthcare Company (Bangalore), and Allianz (American Insurance Company, Pune) also joined the event.
The job fair successfully provided a platform for alumni and youths to explore job opportunities and network with industry professionals. Several participants received job offers from the attending companies, while others gained valuable experience and insights to aid their future job search endeavors. The positive feedback from participants and recruiters alike highlighted the event’s success in achieving its objectives.
