On 30 th January, 2025, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of St. Xavier College Jalukie, in its pursuit to ensure and enhance quality of the college, conducted Awareness Programme on NAAC, IQAC & Quality Education as per NEP 2020. It aimed to create awareness to students on NAAC, IQAC & Quality Education as per NEP 2020, and to encourage learners for an engaging learning in the college to attain quality education.

Gaikulung Andrew Panmei, IQAC Coordinator of the College was the resource person of the programme. 400 students from all semesters actively attended the event. The programme consisted of three sessions for 2 nd , 4 th and 6 th semesters students. Deliberations included vision, mission and functions of NAAC and IQAC in Higher Educational Institutions in India. The resource person also dwelt on Quality Education as per NEP 2020.

Through this programme, students were enlightened to engage actively in the teaching- learning processes for academic excellence and holistic development. The participants became aware of NAAC, IQAC & Quality Education as per NEP 2020. Moreover, the morale of the students was boosted for more commitment in their studies.
