The Alumni Association of St. Xavier College, Jalukie, is dedicated to bringing together the alumni committee on a common platform to build another channel of personal and professional support to members through “Self Help” within the community. The Mission of the Alumni association is to provide a vibrant, global network and forum that connects and engages the alumni with their Alma Mater. Besides, it aims at offering opportunities which can connect recent graduates with established professionals and help them pursue higher education or career. It resolves to dedicate a special area of concern specially to recognize and cater for differently abled persons in society.
The objectives of the Association are:
1. To assist in the recruitment of students to attend the college.
2. To promote and develop the mutual relationship and rapport among the alumni, the presents and the staff and the management of the college.
3. To develop goals and coordinate the efforts aimed at their accomplishment.
4. To plan and organize successful reunions which the college has been doing in the second week of January (2nd Saturday) on an annual basis.
5. Involve alumni in student development through participation in ongoing academic activities including teaching, research, workshops, conferences, and placements.

St. Xavier College envisions a transformative and empowering role for the students in today’s digitalized world. The Xavierite family is proud of the students who are excelling in every field, carrying along with them the values imparted to them by the college and are making a significant contribution to the society.
In order to foster a warm relationship, the College maintains regular contact with the alumni and former faculty through various email groups and other social networking sites such as Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. The Alumni are very active in promoting, mentoring and guiding the current students of the College. It has worked extensively in connecting the alumni with its Alma Mater through motivational talks, workshops by eminent Alumni at various levels. Our former faculty and alumni have been keenly involved in all major college functions such as the annual graduation day, college annual sports and games meet and other major functions in the college. Independently, various Departments of the College have taken initiatives to organize Departmental Meets which have facilitated the strengthening and widening of Xavierite family. The college had taken its first initiative of organizing an alumni meet on the 18th of January, 2019.The first Alumni meet was a great success not only in terms of the number who attended the programme but also those who had distinguished themselves in different fields came together to exchange the success stories of their career and life’s journey for the benefit of the younger students. We are an able-bodied team with a lot of enthusiasm, motivation and dedication to promote the society under the able guidance of the core team.

The Alumni have contributed liberally towards the development of the institution through financial support and generous material contribution. The involvement of alumni in supporting and providing contributions voluntarily to their college is important for maintaining and expanding a college’s development. By establishing channel that can facilitate closer ties between alumni, students and colleges, it can provide crucial benefits in enriching the students experience while being at the college. Every alumni has experienced being a student to becoming a unique and different graduate, hence there is a potential for all alumni to contribute to the institution in different ways and scale. St Xaviers’ college alumni always been with us in developing infrastructure and new outlook to our college by contributing financial support whenever it in needed. The alumni have generously contributed a sum of 31,350/- for the construction of the adjoining road of the college from the main road in the year 2021. The support of the alumni in the construction of the pathway has had significant impact and has ease the students on their mobility to the college. The Alumni have also provided ample donation or benefaction such as Guitar which is donated by 2018 batch and is currently used and kept in the college chapel, a television by the batch of 2020 and a podium which can be seen in the college auditorium gifted by the batch of 2019.
